Corporate Event Management

Venue Sourcing and Negotiation
Shortlisting and negotiation, with the venue agreement executed between the venue and you. We negotiate on your behalf and take nothing from the venue.

Production Management
Technical production coordinated across audio, lighting and staging, with supplier quotes presented to you unaltered and their contracts held by you.

Staffing and Hospitality
Event staffing, registration and hospitality arranged through agencies you engage directly, briefed and managed by us on the day.

Programme Management
Ongoing event programmes run across a year, with the supplier roster built in your name so the programme survives a change of agency.

How the management fee works
A fixed fee agreed in advance against the scope of the event, invoiced separately from every supplier cost.
Programme clients are quoted annually, covering an agreed number of events across the year with the supplier roster built in their name throughout.
Nothing is charged as a percentage of spend, which would give us an interest in the budget rising rather than in the event working.
Reconciliation is included. After every event we check each supplier invoice against the agreed figure and report variances, including any we caused ourselves.
